I received the Twelve12 Hair Mist and used it for the first time yesterday. First, when I was tracking the package, a weird thing happened. It was in my town, but then left the state! That was so strange, so I contacted the Twelve12 customer service. Someone named Michael took the time to call me to let me know that he would reach out to the carrier about this and contact me back. He did as he promised, and told me he would stay in touch until I received my order. I eventually received my order and was extremely excited. Michael called me again to confirm that I received my order. First, the customer service here is TOP NOTCH! With everyone going to AI, it was lovely to hear from a real person who not only ensured I would receive my order but also followed up with me to confirm that I got it. That alone made me feel I made the right choice ordering from this company. Now, my review of the product. I would DREAD washing my own hair because it would get so tangled. I found a great hairstylist who turned me on to this product. When I received it and used it for the first time, I was so happy! It is very light, not sticky, and it helped me with detangling my hair! This was the first time in a long time I didn't hate washing my hair. I will be ordering this product again, and again!

This product works well for my dry, tangled 4c hair.Its excellent for detangling and removing shed hair and as a leave in .I recommend this to anyone who has unmanageable hair. Ive purchased 2 bottles so far and will be reordering soon.My hair behaves better with this stuff! Thank you .

This is a great heat protector! Leaves my thoxk, coarse, low porosity 4C hair SUPER SOFT. It's like fabric softener for the hair. I love the fresh, herbal, scent and really love the clean ingredients. My new go-to blow dry spray.
